By downloading, installing, or using NoiseOff ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials or services.

NoiseOff is a mobile application that provides: • Focus Lock: A time-based app blocking feature that prevents access to selected applications for a user-defined period • App Lock: A biometric and PIN-based privacy lock for sensitive applications The App is designed as a productivity and digital wellness tool. It is not a parental control service and should not be relied upon as the sole means of protecting minors online.

You are responsible for: • Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Maintaining the security of your device and account credentials • Any activity that occurs under your account • Ensuring you have the right to install and use App Lock on any device You agree NOT to: • Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any feature of the App • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Use the App for any illegal purpose • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

NoiseOff offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Free Tier: Available at no cost with limited features as described on our website. Pro Subscription: Available on a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($29.99/year) basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure • Focus Lock or App Lock features will be 100% effective in all circumstances • The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions Operating system updates, manufacturer restrictions, or device-specific configurations may affect the functionality of NoiseOff features.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOISEOFF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses • Damages resulting from your inability to access the App or its features • Any content or conduct of third parties Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by NoiseOff and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if: • You violate these Terms of Service • We are required to do so by law • We decide to discontinue the App Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
