We collect minimal information necessary to provide the NoiseOff service: • Email address: Only when you join our waitlist or create an account. We use this to notify you about launch updates and product news. • Usage data: Anonymous analytics about which features are used, crash reports, and performance data. This data is aggregated and never linked to your identity. • Device information: Device type and OS version for compatibility purposes. We do NOT collect: your app usage history beyond what's needed to enforce locks, your location, your contacts, or any personal content from your device.

We use the information we collect to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the NoiseOff app and services • Send you updates about the product, including launch announcements • Respond to your questions and support requests • Understand how users interact with our app to improve the experience • Comply with legal obligations We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. App lock settings and focus session data are stored locally on your device. Email addresses collected via our waitlist are stored on secure servers. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer. Waitlist email addresses are deleted within 90 days of the app launch, or immediately upon your request.

NoiseOff is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete that information promptly. The app includes a parent mode designed to help parents manage their children's device usage. In this mode, parents control all settings and no data is collected from the child directly.

We use a limited number of third-party services: • Analytics: We use privacy-focused analytics to understand app usage patterns. Data is anonymized and aggregated. • Crash reporting: We collect crash reports to improve stability. These do not contain personal information. We do not integrate with Facebook, Google Ads, or other advertising platforms.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email (if you've provided your email) or via a notice in the app. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated.
